Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless we specifically request it through a secure method.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee coverage or create an insurance contract. Coverage is only effective after all carrier requirements have been satisfied and the applicable carrier confirms that coverage has been bound.

Anything you send us is keyed into our carriers' secure portals, then the paper is shredded and the file deleted.

How we share information

As an independent insurance agency, we may share information with insurance carriers and other parties when necessary to obtain quotes, evaluate eligibility, place coverage, service policies, or assist with claims. This may include:

• Insurance companies, underwriting partners, wholesalers, brokers, and managing general agencies
• Claims administrators, adjusters, premium-finance providers, and payment processors
• Consumer reporting, property, vehicle, claims-history, or verification providers
• Technology, hosting, email, customer-management, analytics, and marketing vendors

We do not sell personal information for money.

Insurance and consumer reports

During the quote or application process, carriers or authorized service providers may obtain consumer reports, insurance scores, claims-history reports, motor-vehicle records, property reports, or other information used to evaluate risk and eligibility. These reports may be governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws. The FTC provides separate guidance regarding the use of consumer reports in insurance transactions. NoCap does not determine a carrier's underwriting rules, rates, eligibility standards, or final coverage decisions.

SMS terms

When you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from NoCap Insurance about your quote and coverage. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. We don't sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Email communications

We may send service-related emails regarding quotes, applications, policies, claims, renewals, or other transactions. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message and will still receive necessary service communications.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, though no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, service policies, maintain records, comply with legal and licensing requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely, as the FTC recommends. Georgia law also regulates the disposal of certain business records containing personal information.

Your privacy choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we confirm whether we hold your information, provide access, correct or delete certain information, restrict certain uses, or opt you out of marketing or targeted advertising. Our website may link to carriers, payment services, social platforms, or other third-party websites governed by their own policies. We may update this policy periodically; the revised policy will be posted on this page.
